Do you host weddings, events or private parties at your Orchard?
No sadly, we do not. Cooks Farm Orchard is an Agricultural business as such we operate within the confines of our business license and state / federal codes.
Do you allow food trucks on the property?
In the past we have only provided a food truck on Applefest weekend due to demand. Please reach out with any further questions through our FORM as we do accept interest for that weekend.
Can we access your property for seasonal hunting?
No you cannot actively hunt on our property. For the safety and acceptance of our patrons and local community we do not allow hunting on our property.
Do you sell beer, wine and food during your seasonal operation?
Your beer garden operates seasonally for one month during season WEEKENDS ONLY. It is tented and serves those age 21 and older. Food trucks are provided during Applefest weekend otherwise the Farm Bakery supplies baked goods on the weekends.
Can we book a hayride for a group large or small?
Hayrides are considered on a case by case basis. Do to the limited size, staff and equipment of our would be boutique size orchard it is difficult to accommodate groups over 20 at any time and most certainly on weekends. Please send a note through our FORM should you have any questions in regards to seasonal group hayrides.
Can I pick "drops" - (apples that fall on the ground)
Picking drops off the ground is not encouraged or allowed. Nor do we sell drops as we do not pick them up either. Apples naturally fall from the trees, decompose and become food for the growth of the tree.
